Clean rooms. Free coffee.

I thought the room was overpriced. I would prefer to pay less for the Premier Inn. Only one set of towels in the shower room for one person .We got back after midnight and didn't find the 2nd set of towels in the drawer until just before checking out. The check in machine was slow. We waited ages for a 2nd key to be printed only to be told it couldn't give us a 2nd key.

Property was clean and bright, better than expected given that it wasn’t expensive

The room was nice, but the drains smelt, we arrived late, so we’re unable to do anything about it other than shut the bathroom door.
