The Dunes

Friendly staff.

Under cooked bacon&sausage. Very stuffy rooms. Limited food menu. No Waldrobes in the room. No air-conditioning in the room. No fridge in the room. Towel rail in the bathroom constantly on, making the room even more stuffy and humid.

The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was spacious very clean and bright and with a lovely bathroom. Lo action was ideal, parking in site and a short walk into the town and the beaches. Breakfast was excellent and I enjoyed an excellent evening meal in the restaurant where, again, the service was first rate.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a lovely stay at The Dunes. Sue on reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us a thorough check-in along with some excellent recommendations. Following her suggestion, we dined at the Italian restaurant Il Caminetto, and the food was incredible. We would recommend making a reservation as it’s very popular. We’re already planning our return visit!

Staff were very helpful Would have eaten there but Sunday night is closed for dinner. Breakfast was delicious and really enjoyed the homemade granola!!!

Bit of a distance to main town

Sue on reception was very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble for her. After such a warm welcome it set the tone for the rest of our stay. All the staff were excellent and the food was very much up to the high standards set by the staff.

One small thing was the bathroom would have benefited from having a hand wash/ soap otherwise no complaints.

The room and facilities were lovely. Breakfast was good. Very peaceful setting.

A little pricey.

Breakfast excellent, Full Welsh or Vegetarian. Really liked the vegi Glamorgan sausages.
