"Cozy, convenient, clean and comfortable!"

The host was exceptionally friendly, gave very clear instructions on how to get inside, allowed us to check in and leave our bags early and adjust arrival time, and also checked in with us during our stay to ask if we needed anything. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, very clean, all kitchen and toiletry necessities available, warm lighting created a very cozy atmosphere. The beds had light and handy electricity outlets. Right next to the tram line - commute around the city was very easy. There was a folder with a bunch of useful information about the apartment and surrounding area. The doors used a chip instead of a key which added some extra convenience!

Clogged shower, confusing heating and oven, bad odor in the hallway.

Stairway to heaven was perfect for our trip, central location so easy to explore lovely city. Accommodation was very clean and host was very helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Modern, everything you need, lock up and go apartment. It was brand spanking clean, the host amicable and talkative. Super working wifi. What more can one wish for.

All was fine. If one has to complain, then maybe that the kitchen is built for giants. The shelves are placed a bit high for me (shortie…)
