1. Запах. В ванной воняло канализацией, было очень неприятно. 2. Место. Много наркоманов, ночью слышно шум с улицы, рядом с апартаментом стоят подозрительные группы 3. Несоответствие фото и реальности. В реальности очень старое здание, пыльно, осыпающая штукатурка 4. Двери не закрываются 5. Балкон или терраса в запущенном состоянии

The apartment is very well located in a traditional street full of character. And just at a 10min walk from the Historic Centre and the Rossio Train Station. Very handy to visit Sintra. Everything was very clean and the apartment's interior design is fun and very thoughtful. The apartment is also very well equipped with everything I needed during my stay. I definitely recommend the apartment and the host.

The apartment is located in a centuries old traditional building. Hence the quite steep stairs. But the building's character hugely compensates that small inconvenient.

Un peu bruyant. Les escaliers pour monter au 4ème.

Чудове помешкання! Гарно, близько до початкової зупинки трамваю 28, до метро , в автобусноі зупинки і супермаркету . Власник дуже порядний і хороший, сніданок ситний. Чудові враження від відпочинку

Cuando nos fuimos se me olvidó el móvil en el apartamento y el hombre vino muy rápido a abrirme la puerta. La cama era cómoda aunque los cojines malisimos.

Todo horrible. El barrio da un poco de miedo, tiene unas cuestas muy empinadas. Íbamos con dos bebés y nos dieron el tercer apartamento, tuvimos que subir súper cargados unas escaleras que daban miedo. Unas horas más tarde el propietario nos sugirió cambiar a la primera planta y sin avisarme me cobró 5€, por parte de Booking me ha parecido una desproteccion hacia mi privacidad porque ha permitido ese cobro. Las fotos no se parecen absolutamente en nada a la realidad, está todo muy sucio y da mucho asco la cocina y el baño. El inquilino nos dijo que había un parking, que cobraban 14€ el día, MENTIRA, nos costó 33€, vergonzoso...hay mucha zona azul y es fácil aparcar en ella. LAMENTABLE ESTE APARTAMENTO
