ZAEverything, it is absolutely safe, armed security patrols the complex at night and around the complex. The property is close to beach and tidal pools making it an excellent option for families with small children. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated, basic cleaning services are offered during our week stay, a more extensive cleaning option is available at a mere R50 per day. We will definitely make it a usual family vacation stay in the future

ZAIt was neat otherwise and safe ....
The unit 4 is terrible ......it was so old fashioned and we have a physical challenged child ....please accomadate for their needs..... The music from the bar was so bad.... The monkeys .....
ZAThe location was perfect. It was very peaceful and the beach was near to the property. Shops are close by.
There was no broom and mop to clean up rooms.

The units 11 and 13 both had no proper showers. The shower in the tub is very uncomfortable especially for people like myself and my brother who both have disabilities. We battled to get in and out the tub to shower. Please improve these units. Then we can gladly come back to the palms. There are lots of cochroaches in the units please fumigate them.
