Great Location

Noisey Windows 2nd Bedroom had an old mattress

My booking was cancelled by the host the day I arrived in Auckland. I understand their were circumstances that could not be avoided however I am still battling to get a refund one month later. This all happened while I was in NZ making funeral arrangements after the tragic death of my brother and the lack of support from both the host and booking.com has added to my stress.

Lovely modern apartment and very central to viaduct and city.

Cool aesthetic, felt really lush, proper furniture, we found the bed and couches really comfortable and had a well thought out layout, the apartment felt much larger than it is. Absolutely perfect location for a weekend getaway in the city. A+ cleanliness except for blood stains on bedroom curtains and the shower drain being clogged, couldn’t use the large rain head without standing in static water.

Instructions a bit lacking. No wifi instructions or checkout instructions, which we are used to. We had to figure out the modem name by trying the password on modem against all the options. We asked for wifi details but just got told the password is on the modem but not the wifi name (20 or so come up when trying to log in). They tried to pin the cost of a missing key on us by telling us they would send us the payment instructions, without checking first what had happened. When we explained that we had only been given the one, they were good about it. This would have been easily solved if the check in instructions were better (so we knew to expect 2 keys).

Excellent location, easy to walk everywhere. Place is well appointed and very comfortable.

Main bedroom could use blackout blinds as quite light. It's noisy at night (hard for country folk)!
