Hotel Amber Railway station

We were much impressed by the service of Sarfraz - Reception Staff. He went all out of his way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We struggled to get hot water for bath....it took really long to get the hot water the first day. The second day, although the water did come, it was tepid

The hotel is very good and staff is very helpful and genuinely behavior and charge is pocket frendly

Value for money, proximity to railway station is the convenience.

Entry to the third floor through an old lift only. Its push buttons are in dangerous condition, and may lead to people getting stuck inside it. There are no emergency exit stairs easily available to this hotel. People who had bad experiences from lifts can never sleep peacefully in this hotel.

Main entrance to the hotel is through an old outdated lift. One will feel scared to use its old push button switches. Reception area is too small that if more guest come it will be conjested.

No breakfast. They provide tea with huge cost. I recommend don't stay here

No so good service or staff behavior specifically saying the receptionist do not have any knowledge how to talk and provide service to the customers
