The property's location, cleanliness, and value for money were excellent. It's very close to the beach and attractions, such as Mogren Beach and the Old Town. The hospitality and helpfulness of the owner, Tijana, and the staff were truly wonderful.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was as they said.

5 minute walk from Voli grocery store. 10-15 minute walk the from the bay area, restaurants, and 15 minute walk from old city. The owner made sure we have detailed instruction how to find the apartment.

To reach the property, we need to go up through stairs equivalent to 2 story building, Access to property was only stairs, no ramp or lift so it was difficult with luggages and not advisable for elderly and with kids. The guest house was behind a newly built hotel. The entrance of house smelled like an armpit with rotten onion which lasted for a day. The toilet and shower was clean but smelled foul like coming from drainage. I didn’t like the timing of collection for our payment. Owner was informed that we are not in the property at 8 pm, but left with no choice of living the payment inside our room , as instructed we left the payment on top of the fridge and collected it without us inside the room.

Very cozy room, with a good location. Nearby is the Old Town, shops, beach. The owner of the hotel is very friendly. Answered all questions, helped with everything. Thank you for helping us have a good vacation

we didn't have enough free sockets to charge our phones. there are 4 sockets in the room, but 2 on one side of the bed are occupied by the air conditioner and the WiFi router. The third socket is with the refrigerator. We didn't use the refrigerator so that there would be enough sockets to charge our phones

Very good location, nice terrace, quite clean

We stayed in the second room, and unfortunately, the air conditioner was very noisy and not always functioning properly. It seems to overheat in hot weather and turns off by itself, needing some time before it switches back on. We reported the issue to the hosts—a man came and replaced the remote batteries, but the problem was clearly with the AC unit itself. Judging by other comments, this isn’t a new issue. The air conditioner likely needs to be replaced, but it seems that as long as things work somehow, no action is taken. We booked the room for three nights. After the first night, the hostess offered to refund us and asked us to leave if we were not satisfied. However, when you rent a place for a short stay, you usually don’t want to waste your last day looking for a new place and moving again. Also, the room looked different from the photos—we saw the neighboring room with two beds, and it seemed nicer and more comfortable. After rereading the reviews, it looks like the issue is specific to the room we stayed in. So I would recommend choosing a slightly more expensive option, especially if you’re traveling during hot weather.

The best accommodation in Budva. It is located in the center of the city, close to the sea. Old Town is very close. Market is also there close. Apartment is very modernly designed. It was pleasant to stay there, like at home. Perfect cleanliness, I have never seen such cleanliness at the apartments. Bed linen and towels are clean. There is a soap, toilet paper, hair dryer at the bathroom. Cold and hot water. Air conditioning is functioning properly. Also there is a kettle, clean glasses and cups, hangers for clothes. The owner of the apartment is young and very pleasant woman. She is always in contact with the guests. She helped to register me at Information touristic center and drove me to the bus station. I'm completely satisfied with accommodation there.
