"Absolutely nothing like what is exhibited"

Nothing.

They gave our booked room to another guest. We Cancelled once we saw the room they were offering as a substitute. Location is also very difficult to reach

Only the food

Everything, Staff was helpful but I paid for the jacuzzi price and the management doesn't even know, which tub is working and which is not. I have changed many rooms because every time I get rooms, their jacuzzi is not working. My experience was a headache.
