Persoana care ne-a întâmpinat foarte amabilă și profesionistă. În camera a fost curat.

Paturile super proaste, saltelele foarte proaste, pernele la fel. Recomand, managerului sau proprietarului, să doarmă pe saltelele respective, ca să înțeleagă. În baie, se simțea un miros inchis, ventilatorul nu face față. Pe holurile de la parter, de la ieșirea din clădire, nemăturat, nu prea curat. Mi-a dat senzația de cămin studențesc.

"Perfect for a week's stay."

The host is amazing and great to communicate with. We had the place for one week, and it felt like a home for us. The apartment has all the ammendities one could expect. Private parking was a plus for us. The residence is perfectly placed in the city, close to Palas, and it's easy to get anywhere in a decent amount of time no matter the time of the day. Highly recommend the place.

During some nights, students came to party, but nothing you cannot solve with good old communication. 😁
