We had an absolutely terrible experience and did not like anything about this property. A 0 would be the score I would give it if it existed

This property was located at a totally different address to what was advertised and booked on bookings.com. We specifically made the booking with the address given do to its close proximity to the wedding we were attending. To end up in a completely different estate with a completely different address was a huge disappointment. Once we finally arrived, we were instructed into a 1 bedroom studio flat after booking a 4 bedroom house. Half an hour later we were eventually shown to the four bedroom house. On entering, the staff member who showed us the way said they hadn’t started cleaning it, which was extremely clear to see. She asked for 15 minutes to clean- this time was used to switch all the fans on and empty an air fresher spray throughout the house that left all of us with an immediate migraine. We were forced to leave the property as it was completely unbearable to be inside. We were unable to unpack and get my grandson down for his nap, which was crucial for a busy weekend ahead of him being part of the bridal party. Only at 20:00 on Friday was it possible to safely enter the house. As we spent more time in the house getting settled in it was clear how unbelievably filthy it was. The floors, bathroom, kitchen cutlery and plates, mattresses and all linen were disgustingly dirty. The bed sheets had not been changed and their vile male bodily fluid stains all over the sheets and mattresses. There were also ants everywhere and we saw several cockroaches in the kitchen. The fridge was licking water which caused every single person to slip. We are absolutely appalled. This stay was by far our worst accommodation experience to date and made our son’s wedding weekend incredibly stressful. There was no other accommodation available on such short notice and we were forced to stay thee to our dismay. Below is a detailed list of the filth and issues we had to contend with: 1. Filthy mattresses 2. Sheets dirty and bed linen hadn’t been changed 3.

The beds were uncomfortable,not clean as we would have liked and it needs renovations with a modern touch.

At least spring clean when expecting guests. Owner should feel the guests welcome.

The place had spider webs almost everywhere, stairs seemed like the place had not been vacuumed for a while. Couches had stains on them.

Enough space and beds for everyone. Has a beautiful garden for the kids to play. Very close to the community pool.

Absolutely amazing

Beautiful Location,safety, hospitality,spacious, The geyser water was Hot. The bedrooms were clean, the staff manager was friendly and host was kind.Our stay was so beautiful(The kids broke a light though) 🙁

The stairs are a bit small, the carpets were not as 100% clean.
