Cleaning was average, most of the lights were not working, the fridge was not working either, insects all over the places. Internet not provided.

I enjoyed the central area, clean and cozy The host, Leonardo is kind and prompt to help when needed!

I liked almost everything, unfortunately the shower water turns cold. The area can be noisy at night

The location is excellent, it is really in the centre. The room has almost everything, TV, air-conditioning, toilette and kitchenet. The price is good for the location.

The noise! It is a the ground floor and the doors/windows are not of a good quality to reduce the noise. The street does not have car traffic but still you could hear everyone walking/ talking and particularly the room door is next to the main entrance door of the building and every time you could hear that door. Also some things need to be fixed, i.e. the shower needs to be adjusted so to be possible to be hanged on the wall and probably add some kind of air change as not really possible to open windows or doors for safety and comfort reasons. I'm not sure, but I think also wireless was not available (probably is written so but I think is a good bonus).

Good location, reasonable price for the place.

Misleading info little bit. No wifi , bed wasn’t a bed but pull out sofa. Bathroom a bit busted felt like it’s made of cheap plastic. Did the job tho. Few light busted and cracked walls. Also toilet flush was busted.

The only thing i liked about is the Location, the apartment is nice and cozy

I didn’t like that the fridge is not working and the host didn’t tell us, we bought a lot of things for breakfast and all went bad just of the fridge not working. Also there is no internet connection

The only good thing was the location, close too eateries.

The fridge/freezer did not work - we contacted the host at 7:18pm on Monday but didn't receive any response until 8:44am Wednesday advising that the freezer worked and we could put our water in the freezer (which didn't ice anything) - it was our food which was the issue. The room was airless with no real windows to open. The shower didn't drain away properly and depending on the angle of the shower rose, water went all over the floor. The toilet was flushed by pulling on some plastic tube. There was nothing available to put towels on to dry between use. No cups or mugs for tea or coffee. The bed was a sofa bed with a broken leg and was too short for a tall person to sleep properly without legs hanging over the bottom. We tried to lift the blind but it would not retract. When we first entered the room it was dark and my husband fell down the step which a grey/black colour.

Despite the promising pictures, we were taken aback by the disappointing reality of the property upon arrival.

The place was dirty, noisy, and we couldn't sleep for two nights. It ruined our trip, and staff were unhelpful, refusing refunds. All night, you could hear lots of noise from outside. It was a very rough area. Some repairs were ongoing in the yard, and this landlord shouldn't rent this property with lots of noise and discomfort. Additionally, the sound of the toilet fan was like an airplane, making matters worse. The ventilation was very poor, and due to the unsafe area, we couldn't even open the window or door for fresh air. We had to find somewhere else to stay. The property felt like a basement, with a broken toilet constantly emitting the sound of running water, and a filthy bathroom. The kettle was unusable, and breakfast was poor. We switched accommodations for a better experience on our second night, at least for sleep.

The booking.com offer indicated that breakfast was included, but there was no chance of such a thing. Tourist tax is quite high, it is okay of course but should be mentioned. Little dirty to be honest
