Hilton Garden Inn Watertown

The entire staff was outstanding! The front desk, housekeeping, the Grille restaurant staff, room service and maintenance were all wonderful. We had an extended stay at the hotel as a result of an auto accident. While the circumstances of our extended stay were totally unexpected and quite stressful; the professionalism, hospitality and genuine concern showed by all the staff was greatly appreciated, beyond words appreciated. The hotel facilities are outstanding and well maintained. The hotel location made things extremely easy as we had access to grocery stores, dept stores, the local mall, and restaurants etc. Great location.

I have no complaints. I would stay at this hotel when visiting Watertown, NY on future visits.

It was great. The breakfast buffet was very good and the lady that was working the buffet was fantastic.

Staff was friendly and attentive to any needs.

Very good breakfast with good, healthy food options and very timely and pleasant service all four days of our stay.

Best place to stay in Watertown. Hotel has gym, indoor pool, restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. Complementary water and laundry facility.
