ZAZAZAZAI had been in contact with the property prior to arriving and even on the day of arrival regarding time of arrival. When I got to the property I was was told by the person I. The apartment the she had already checked in to the apartment that was meant to be mine. I got in touch with the host who was all confused and then offered me accommodation at another property. When I got to the 2nd property, after driving around in circles because all I had was a pin location to a shopping center and the host not answering her phone, a gentleman there said hat there was no accommodation available. By this time it was already around 4 in the afternoon and I was frustrated and tired to look for alternative accommodation so I decided to drive back home which was 600km away. All I can say is that this venue should never even be allowed on booking.com. Very unprofessional.

No humanity at all. We were stranded outside the gate, they told us that they can't accommodate us even though we paid already. Atleast they should have offered us a place to change and go to the event that we were going to even if it's toilets.
