Nice quiet location, friendly and helpful host and very clean.

Owners very friendly, good location, very quiet, clean and cosy. Highly recommend

The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable - probably more suited to children than adults, but didn't ruin the stay at all.

limited cooking facilities. no problem for a short stay and wasn’t a problem for us.

the rustic wooden feel, cosy, homely the dogs (max) the horses next door the local pub distance to Newquay and Falmouth were good
