A nice, quiet location but a short 10min walk to the closest shop and restaurant. The staff are very friendly and try hard to make sure the guests stay is enjoyable. Breakfasts and dinners are served on time and very tasty. It has a nice communal vibe, a good place to meet people during meals or chill time. At check in we thought our bedding was a bit dirty, didn’t wash properly, but the staff very quickly apologized and changed it. Our surf guide was very friendly and can offer great advice also about the local area. We asked for individual lessons and they arranged that for us. We stayed in three places during our trip and rate Harmony as the best stay and best value for money.

The property was in a good area and close to the beach and some good restaurants. Staff were brilliant though.

The room wasn’t very clean and the breakfast not good at all.

I AM GOING TO WRITE THIS REVIEW IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES SO THAT EVERY SOLO FEMALE TRAVEL IS AWARE - This was one of the most unsafe and unacceptable experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. I booked a shared female dorm expecting basic safety standards. Instead, I was told on arrival that there is no way to lock the door—not from the inside, not from the outside. That alone is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone one hosting solo travelers. It gets worse: the receptionist informed me that no other guests had checked in, meaning I would be completely alone in the room for an unknown amount of time. As a solo female traveler in a country I do not know, this is beyond irresponsible. On top of that, the receptionist could barely communicate in English, making it impossible to properly address the situation or even understand what was going on. Despite all of this, I was repeatedly told that it was “safe,” which is frankly outrageous given the complete lack of even the most basic security measures. No locks. No communication. No regard for guest safety. This is not just uncomfortable, it is negligent. I would strongly warn any solo traveler, especially women, TO AVOID THIS PLACE AT. ALL COSTS

The shared dorm had no lock at all—the door could be opened from the outside at any moment by anyone. The room was right by the entrance, so literally anyone could walk in. I was a solo female traveler and told I’d be alone in the room, with zero way to secure it. When I asked for a key, the receptionist just kept saying it was “safe,” which is honestly shocking. This is not safe I felt so uncomfortable I had to leave and find another place immediately. I’ve stayed in many hostels and have never experienced anything like this. Basic security is the bare minimum!!!! Onn top of this, the. cleanliness was AFWUL, there was POOP on my towels! But i could pass on this, BUT SAFETY IS ALWAYS MY MAIN CONCERN, I WAS REALLY AFRAID!!!!
