Modern Ground Floor Studio Apartment

Location is very close to Umhlanga shopping centers and the Sibaya Casino. Sea view is limited. Gym access only for residents. Check-in did take longer than expected due to it being busy with limited security personnel to assist. Host communication was very efficient, and they sent detailed check-in procedures.

Neighbours were a bit noisy but at least the security intervened with quick action.

the property was not cleaned from the previous occupant; clearly, no one checked and prepared it for my arrival

clean, aesthetically pleasing, had everything you need, quiet enough to be away from the city but still not too far from common areas.

disorganized check in and lack of communication with staff. we had to wait for an extended period of time in the wind even though we had made prior arrangements with host. those arrangements weren’t communicated with staff and that was inconvenient. the water wasn’t hot at all, it was barely warm enough for one person to get a decent shower but it was a nightmare for a couple.
