The restaurant is chill vibes and serve good food. The restaurant staff is friendly and smiling Chill vibes

The hotel needs a proper renovation. The pool area is currently under construction. The rooms are outdated, and the shower has very low water pressure. The reception staff could be more welcoming and smile more.

Very Far from center, my hard to find. Stuff were very alof. and the coffee is fake hahaha they day spanish but its instant coffee... It is beach vire but the beach was rocks Could have found better

The location.

There was no pool as described in the ads. Electric socket not universal. Staff say we have to rent 100 pesos for the adapter. Waited for our dinner for an hour. So we did not eat our breakfast.

Bed was comfortable and staff were very accommodating and nice.

The rooms are sub par. No phones for room service you have to walk down to reception. The pool was under maintenance so couldn’t be used. We were there while there was a tropical storm so the generator was turned off on numerous occasions throughout the day as was WiFi.

Nous avons séjourné trois semaines dans ce havre de paix. Nous avons absolument tout apprécié. La localisation, le calme tout en étant pas très loin en scooter de la vie animée de San Juan. Le personnel de l’établissement sait vous mettre tout de suite au rythme des vacances. Un accueil tout à fait charmant. Le lieu et la plage nous a offert des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle. Merci pour tout ! Nous reviendrons c’est sur.

We didn’t end up staying at this resort because the property is currently under repair, something we weren’t informed about in advance. When we arrived, the place didn’t look ready for guests at all. The staff were plenty, but unfortunately no one seemed trained or knowledgeable. They couldn’t answer basic questions, gave confusing information, and overall felt very unreliable. The whole situation was frustrating and stressful, definitely not what you want when traveling. I am still waiting for my refund, and I hope they process it soon. For now, I don’t recommend staying here until the repairs are completed and the staff are properly trained.

Die Begrüßung, war sehr freundlich. Der Sonnenuntergang vom Hotel aus is atemberaubend.

Leider so ziemlich alles. Die Bilder täuschen, es ist alles schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ohne Pflege. Das Zimmer war dreckig. Tierkot im Badezimmer, überall Käfer und Ameisen. Die Dusche war nicht nur verkalkt. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken. Es wird an Stelle gearbeitet, das nur halb. Die Gehwege wurden von überwucherndem Gras und Pflanzen gereinigt. Alle Pflanzenabfälle wurden mitten auf dem Weg liegen gelassen. Stolper- und Rutschgefahr von der Rezeption bis zum Zimmer. Das Personal ist super lieb. Von Service leider weit entfernt. Zum Abendessen bestellte Getränke, haben wir auch auf Nachfrage, erst nachdem Essen erhalten. Zum Frühstück wurde eine Joghurtbowl mit granola und Früchten bestellt. Das war Obst mit Cornflakes und einem Klecks Joghurt. Der bestellte Kaffe Latte wurde storniert, es wurde Cappuccino angeboten. Gekommen ist Instantkaffee in der Geschmacksrichtung Cappuccino. Auf Nachfrage das es Kaffe Instantkaffee ist und kein Cappuccino wurde geantwortet das es richtiger Kaffe ist und evaporated ist. Ja, genau. Instantkaffee mit heißem Wasser. Der Preis 120 php. Das Toast haben sie auch vergessen und stand auf der Rechnung. Alles in allem, waren es für uns so viele Missstände das aus 3 gebuchten Nächte ein geworden ist. Beim 2 Tage früheren Check out wurde nicht einmal nachgefragt. Es wurde ein Ladekabel im Zimmer vergessen. Diese konnten wir am nächsten Tag abholen.
