It was advertised that it included a pool and sofa bed and they didn’t include either, so need to revisit how the accomodation is being reported

Lack of plugs by the bed and one plug didn't work for most of our stay.
AUThe view was quite spectacular, the suite was decorated nicely and it was lovely having an outdoor jacuzzi. The location of the suite was handy for restaurants, sightseeing and shopping. There was only one flight of stairs to reach the suite - which compared to others was pretty good.
We stayed for 4 days and after 2 had to contact the host to ask if the suite was going to be cleaned. And then only the bins were emptied and new towels were provided. We did assume (as the website said housekeeping) that there would be some daily cleaning but obviously not. After the 1st day we could not use the terrace or jacuzzi as they were both so dirty. The location is great but part of the issue. So many other tourists gather above the suites for views and photos, there is rubbish, cigarette ash and butts constantly raining down into the terrace area. Plus the noise that comes with the tourists means that it is only quiet inside the suite. There is no coffee machine or toaster, and the sponge left for washing up glasses/dishes was used and dirty. I understand it is a cave suite - but the showers were so slippery when wet they were dangerous.

US-host coordinated taxi from ferry terminal, to airport for us - the service was great and communication easy -great location with amazing views -very comfortable and clean apartment -easy to get to markets, restaurants in Fira and Firostefani -spa was very clean and well maintained -plenty of spa and shower towels provided -host recommended restaurant (Illios bacary) provided excellent delivery service and great food My kids (and myself) absolutely loved staying here. It was the highlight of the trip for them. Between the views, sunset, spa, and staying in the cave house, they loved it - I did too.
-additional trash bags could be provided, also instructions on where to dispose of trash (though hosts were very responsive, so not a large issue at all)
