The apartment is quite small, it depends on how much time you plan to spend inside it, for one to decide if it is enough for 5 people or not. We only needed a place to sleep, close to the waterpark and that made it perfect! It is about 25m away:) The builing is brand new, quite complicated if you don't pay attention the first time. But it is spotless clean, smells like new. Very tasteful decorated, my kids loved it! The balcony is the tiniest I have ever seen, but I guess it would be enough for a person to enjoy a coffee and a cigarette. It is right across a mall, about a 5 minutes walk away from the park and the zoo. At lunch time we stayed in the waterpark, but the restaurants in the park and in the zoo were a great choice for dinner. Thank you, Jasmine, for the recomendations and all the help! We will come back for sure.

Because it is so close to the water park, I would put a folding clothes dryer on the balcony wall/ceiling, so people can dry the towels and the swimsuites over night. Speaking of the towels, cotton towels would have been more absorbant and resistant, even if not so fluffy.

Good looking apartment, perfect location, a lot of parking spaces outside. The apartment was relatively small but fitted 5 people.

The kitchen could be better equipped. My biggest problem was getting the invoice - even though I specifically stated during the reservation process that I will require an invoice it has not been issued. I tried contacting the landlord multiple times - he kept sending me receipt from booking (which is not an invoice - lacks information on the name of VATID number) - in the end he said he gave me everything I wanted and will not send any other document. Therefore if you travel and need an invoice - search for another place - definitely you will have problems with the documents.

Jasmina the host was great. Fine apartment in the modern part of jagodina, plenty of facilities and comfort. Very good selection.

The sofa bed was short. My feet exceeded. But I slept well.
