- Location: Quiet street walking distance to beach, bar and restaurants. - Living room: well decorated with a lot of tableware (however no real coffee machine, only Bialetti).

- No mosquito nets in windows: We did not sleep well as we had mosquitos every night (despite opening window as little as possible). Its a ground floor flat with a lot of shade (i.e., Mosquito paradise). Neighbors had mosquito nets as there are a lot of mosquitos in Alghero. - No continuous hot water: Due to pressure problems we needed to open all 3 tabs (shower, sink, bidet) to have hot showers. However the hot water doesn’t stay long (less than a 1min), so while taking your shower you need to exit and open the tab of the sink to get hot water again (and this multiple times). This was not explained during the check-in (we had to call to find out how to have hot water). - Dirty / nothing like pictures!: Overall the flat felt dirty (spider webs) and we had ants the first two days (until they came to apply some pesticides). We had to vacuum and clean with water ourselves the first day. The terrace was a mess with broken bikes, broken wardrobe and very dirty tables. - AC not working well: Very old ACs in living room (barely works) and bigger bed room. Only the more recent AC in the small room is working properly. - Agency Service: There were no bed sheets during the check-in. They dumped a plastic bag on the living room table with the sheets several hours later and we needed to do the beds ourselves, which was not great service. The first morning we realized there was no working lighter to start the cooking cove. They came several hours later with a new lighter - A lot of the issues mentioned above could have been addressed proactively. Finally, we were so unhappy the first days that we tried to shorten the stay. They were not willing to do so and proposed instead some cheaper flats (either very old or on the busiest street of Alghero) just to stall for time. They do not care if you are having a nice holiday and are just squeezing as much money as possible! Keep away from this agency.
