"Beautiful, Comfortable Apartment"

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. Powerful shower. New looking oven, fridge etc, with all that we needed for a wonderful short stay including an iron and ironing board. We arrived around 10:15 on a Friday night and were relieved to find there's an Asda supermarket 10 minutes walk from the apartment that was open till midnight. We were attending an event in Farsley the following day and that was in walking distance too. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

the room suited us for location

the room smelt of smoke strongly, the deposit was a nightmare to get back, took over 3 weeks of chasing so wouldnt recommend for that reason

"Overhaul your communication"

The apartment itself was clean and very spacious, perfect for what I needed

The communication on the day of arrival was atrocious. No instructions provided via Booking.com, the telephone number to contact the property went straight to voicemail everytime, emails from Booking.com were ignored because the details provided were apparently for an employee who no longer works for the business. Booking.com were next to useless in trying to resolve the issue in which I spent 4 hours trying to deal with. Eventually, an hour after the advertised check in time, I received a random text with the access codes. Dreadful experience which is a shame because the apartment is actually quite nice

"Bed bugs"

I am extremely disappointed with my experience staying at your hotel. During my stay, I suffered multiple bed bug bites which have caused significant discomfort, irritation, and distress. The bites became inflamed and severe enough that I have now had to seek medical treatment and have been prescribed medication. What has made this situation even more frustrating is the complete lack of care, accountability, or urgency shown afterwards. Despite raising the issue, I have received no meaningful apology, reassurance, or indication that the hygiene concerns within the room are being taken seriously. The condition of the room was clearly not acceptable, and no guest should leave a hotel needing medical treatment because of the environment they stayed in. In addition to this, my £150 deposit still has not been returned, despite the circumstances surrounding my stay. I find it unacceptable that I am still waiting for this money while also dealing with the aftermath of the infestation. At this point, I have received no compensation whatsoever for the distress, inconvenience, physical discomfort, and medical treatment this has caused. Overall, I feel the situation has been handled poorly from start to finish, with very little remorse or concern shown towards the impact this has had on me. Completely unacceptable and would not stay again

"Wont stay again."

Bed bugs causing bites. Has been 6 days since check out and still no deposit refund. Horrible smell of someone who had previously been smoking inside.

There was a carpark attached to the property. It was clean and tidy and nice spaces to relax in. Some nice pubs and bars in walking distance.

The bathroom unit made the walkway into the bathroom tight.
