La señora de la recepción nos atendió como en casa , muy amable me permitió usar la cocina , una linda persona 🫶🏻

Todo, la atención de Delia (encargada), pendiente en todo momento, indicaciones de lugares, y un día salí temprano y me preparó el desayuno, una genia

The stay itself was okay, but the owner forced us to pay 18% VAT even though foreign guests should be exempt. Despite our strong protests and contacting Booking.com, the hotel refused to refund us. Booking.com’s support was also slow and unhelpful. We never recovered the fee, so please watch out for your bill when staying here.

Esta ubicado un tanto lejos de la via deñ tren....las luces deñ cuarto se prendian y apagaban a cada rato y np habia piso de ducha al salir...era mayolica...podrias caerte

La atención de la señora de recepción(entiendo que la dueña) fue de nota, lla cama era comodisima y la ducha con agua caliente genial!! Buena amplitud de habitacion. La señora se levantó pronto para que pudiésemos desayunar antes de nuestra entrada a Machu Picchu.

Si vienes haciendo el trekking el alojamiento está arriba del todo, pero merece la pena la subida.

Very basic room, it is perfect for housing during your visit to Machupicchu as you will not really spend a lot of time in the room itself. Was able to request a hairdryer on the demand. It was clean. The best thing was the proximity to the river, I loved being able to hear the water running at night.

The toilet was very weak at flushing. Even liquids did not get properly discarded at times, and this is without having any paper in the toilet. The showers hot water seemed to have to be turned on from the lobby and the hostess. It seemed to not be on 24/7, however this might just be my perception and not fully accurate. I had one shower without warm water and one with. Perhaps they just ran out during my cold shower.
