La amabilidad y cordialidad!!!

hot water ran out after 1 shower, 2nd person had to shower with luke warm/cold water

Hotel situated in a quiet area at the top of Aguas Calientes. Clean beds and hot showers. Also, Magali, the person working there those days, was very nice and helpful.

We could leave the bags early before check-in without extra charge and there was free tea and coffee at the entrance floor which was very nice after a long day outside 😊 The shower was good- good pressure and hot water (you have to ask for hot water 10 minutes before you enter to ensure you'll have it)

There was noise late at Night from somewhere in town. I guess all the hotels around have the same problem, Bring earplugs

Le personnel est très attentionné, nous avons pu déplacer facilement notre nuit suite au blocage de la voie ferrée. Le lieu est au calme et confortable.

Cela aura sûrement été notre séjour le plus agréable au Pérou, et tout cela grâce à la gentillesse et à l’accueil de Magali, toujours souriante, prête à nous aider et nous donner des conseils. Elle nous a même préparé notre petit déjeuner à emporter le matin de notre départ très tôt pour le Machu Picchu. L’hôtel est super bien placé, dans le centre mais au calme. Chambre propre et confortable, douche avec eau chaude :D Excellent rapport qualité-prix !

No había agua caliente. Para desayunar hay tres mesas y si están ocupadas te tienes que esperar
