The nextdoor neighbor seemed pleasant.

I stood outside in the cold, waiting on instructions on how to gain entry into the house. No instructions were given through the app. A lady standing outside, went to her car and called someone and gave me keys to get in. I never received a response from anyone through messaging. Also, the manager's number wasn't working when I tried to reach them. Furthermore, I was supposed to have a private bathroom. The bathroom was down the hall, next to the public bathroom and was so tiny, I could barely move. So, I had to use the public bathroom. Both bathrooms had nasty old rugs and no paper towels. The biggest problem was that it was the coldest day of the year and the house had No Heat! When the wind blew outside, it blew inside. They had 2 space heaters in the house, but it was so freezing cold and drafty, you couldn't feel any heat. The radiators were ice cold and there were no heating vents. I had to leave in the middle of the night and stay somewhere else, because the cold was making me sick.

Something happened there I didn’t even end up staying the night im still waiting for my refund which I will get .
