Honestly, everything was beyond our expectations.

Very clean and the host is welcoming and responsive.

I could not reach the owner for the lockbox code. The place was in the ghetto and I felt unsafe standing on the steps trying to reach the owner or expedia customer service - in the rain by the way. We decided to just do the 2hr drive back home.

When I arrived to the booked room, the owner of the property told me that another guest is already in the room and the room I booked wasnt available. He offered me a different room, I agreed in the beginning because I thought its close to the initial location, but the second room was 20 minutes ride away, it was on the other part of the city. Because he said to follow him, I drove to the second location. But when I arrived I didnt like the location, I asked for refund he said "Yeah no problem you can cancel the booking ". Cancelation process takes more than 24 hours, on the next day the property owner refused to refund. Thats all you need to know about this place. Better book a room in a hotel than to deal with this kind of bad attitude to customers.
