Great location and perfect for ski trip. Walking distance to village and slopes, and bus stop right out front.

TV in the living room is a nightmare to operate. All the controls didn’t work and need to be fixed.

who ever is supposed to clean the sheets failed. master bed smelt like someone’s body odor and the washing machine and dryer are from the 1940’s or sometime in the distant past

We were not notified of how to get into the property. We had no instructions sent to us. We spent couple of hours during late night to get into the property The cleanliness of the property was highly questionable. The sofa bed had rat poop on it and the entire living room was stinky .

You have access to a good pool.

I have traveled to 80 countries and have never written a negative review about lodging until today. This place is very expensive but the facilities are horrible: - the switch for the master bath vent was broken when we arrived and stuck in the ‘on’ mode so we had to sleep through this extremely loud noise the first night. - we found someone else’s used contact lens on the floor - we found someone else’s nail extension on the floor - the stove didn’t work the first two days (it is super old) - the bathroom has mold in the shower and looked so bad we had to wear flip flops to shower - several bugs were in the unit (see pictures) - the dishwasher leaked a gallon of soap bubbles twice (see pictures) but work fine at other times - there is so much filth and dust in the unit that all five of us got sick and started sneezing all the time and we avoided being inside except to sleep It is sad that we are additionally being charged a cleaning fee when the unit was so filthy. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and this property completely ruined it. We have given the property owners the opportunity to make this right and will adjust this review if they do. We stayed in this unit (Willows 3B) 2 weeks. Also, they misrepresented the only outdoor picture (showing the property) which is NOT from this unit. The outdoor picture was the only reason we picked this unit so I could do a certain type of photography. We are filing a complaint with Booking.com about this. Stay away and save your money!
