"The venue is great and the room is fine, the service is shocking."

The Room

The rate included for breakfast but it had been cleared away already when we got to the dining area at 8H00. No effort was made to accomodate us. We had to ask for everthing , the two ladies just sat at the reception I eventually had to ask the manager in the office to intervene. The waitress could not communicate properly. They all seemed more interested in there daily tasks than helping the guests.
