Stayenest Mashobra with balcony view

The way to the place is way too steep. Had difficulties with the two wheelers. Also, too many flies and mosquitoes in the room if the gate is opened. No toiletries are in the room and specifically, you have to buy the water bottles for drinking water as no regular water is provided. The rooms were on ground floor, no swings were there.

Worst experience. No toiletries were provided. The room was very unhygenic. Washroom was stinking. Pathetic experience. The worst thing- I tried contacting booking.com via vhatbox option, but no help was provided. I didn't receive any message from bookimg.com even after 24 hrs of raising my issues.

We had booked this property for one night and I was traveling with my family. I'd updated my optional check in time to be between 9-10 pm when booking. However when we reached the location at 10:20 pm due to traffic, the gates were closed and even after calling the manager around 20 times, he disconnected the call. No one even heeded to the car horn we were sounding continuously. Disappointed after trying for 15-20 mins, we left the location.
