Our five-night stay at L'appartamento di ringhiera in Biella was not only satisfactory: it was also very pleasant! The location was ideal for us: easy and enjoyable to walk to sights and restaurants (and to the funicular) and easy to enter and leave Biella by car to visit the sights that spread out in every direction around Biella. We liked the neighbourhood with its mix of new, trendy shops and long-standing institutions. Thanks to Davide's tips, parking was not a problem. The apartment too suited us well. Checking-in was easy and friendly, and the lift worked well. The living room/kitchen is relatively large and has a relaxed feel. There's a dishwasher as well as all the usual cutlery, crockery and cookware. The Wi-Fi worked well. There were even some welcome gifts from Davide. The bedroom is rather compact but as the space is used efficiently, it's very satisfactory. There's a tiny adjacent room which provides not only a clothes washer (washing machine) but also shelves and clothes bars and clothes hangers. (We have often stayed in "design" hotel rooms and apartments that were not as convenient and comfortable as "L'appartamento di ringhiera".) All the windows were well-made and had wooden shutters and mosquito screens. Although the days were hot, the apartment stayed cool. The apartment faces on to a large interior courtyard and was quiet day and night.

We would have liked to have an electric kettle -- even though there was a capsule coffee machine.
