We follow a lean, self-service and no-frills hospitality model to keep stays affordable, with select amenities available on a pay-as-you-use basis. Drugs, misconduct, non-payment, theft, vandalism or policy violations will lead to immediate eviction without refund and possible permanent blacklisting. Outside food and alcohol is permitted only in designated common areas and inside private rooms. It is strictly prohibited inside dorm rooms. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking zones within the premises. For group bookings of 2+ guests, same-dorm accommodation is not guaranteed as room allocation is automated and subject to availability. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. The Hosteller is a backpacker hostel chain suited for young travellers, and does not permit guests below 18 years of age, even with legal guardians. The property is not pet friendly. Visitors are allowed only in common areas between 9 AM and 9 PM and are not permitted inside rooms. Female dorms are strictly for female guests only.
