Sapphire Hotel Hue

Great breakfast. Perfect location. Checked us in early. Shower was really nice, room was clean.

Central, comfortable, clean

The water tank for the shower wasn’t very big, so only limited hot water, enough for a shower but for a female maybe not the best.

Good value for your money

Owner was lovely and very informative on things to see and do, loved every minute of the stay here. Very close to the walking streets of Hue. If I am ever in Hue again they will be my first pick.

Excellent location with lots of bars and restaurants around. Clean, spacious room. Good value for money.

Our air conditioning didn’t work so we were reliant on a fan and it was very hot - this was partly our own fault as we didn’t mention it to staff. You also have to leave your key at reception when going out for the day/night and collect it in your return.

I did not have breakfast but stuff were very friendly.

Furniture in room was bare minimum and motel was well hidden.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, they even followed up the situation and helped me when I missed my train to Da Nang because my taxi was late. Good location, close to restaurants and bars but in a quiet alley.

Pillows a bit soft, but I guess this depends on the person

The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Always tried their best to help with any questions, always very understanding and polite.
