"I will definitely stay here again in the future."

I was skeptical when I booked this hotel since most of the reviews were not very good. I stayed here for 5 nights, and when I arrived, I found the hotel to be modern and pleasantly scented. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and the receptionist was friendly. The room was modern and aesthetically pleasing, and it was very clean. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. I actually forgot to bring a travel adaptor, but when I informed the receptionist, she offered me one with a deposit of 100,000 rupiah, which was returned to me when I checked out. The hotel is near Thamrin City, only about a 3–5 minute walk, and it is also close to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia, which are about an 8–10 minute walk away.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to wait for the iron and ironing board to be delivered to the room. It didn’t take long, but I hope they will consider putting one in each room. If they did, I would give this hotel a 10/10.
