Location - Very close to Thamrin City (Our main objective to be in Jakarta) and other malls, GI and PI. All are in walking distance. Breakfast spread is quite commendable. Had the best croissant but sadly they were not replenished after they were gone.

Shared iron and ironing board. But it was manageable.

The property was new, the room was nice and the location was excellent. The staff were polite and accommodating.

No iron in the room. Upon request, we were provided with a cheap iron (no steam function, and heat was not stable) and no ironing board. And we were only allowed to use it for 30 minutes, after which it had to be returned. An extra towel is chargeable. Buffet breakfast was mediocre, and food was not replenished.

The breakfast spread was pretty good, it had a variety of food served, both for local and a bit of western. Best if the hotel could serve butter to go with the toast. Additionally to have brewed coffee as well.

The toilets could be cleaner, especially at the sink and also on the floors. There were also small ants at the coffee/tea making area. The wi fi was also choppy at times.
