Il fatto che non puoi lasciare accesa l’aria condizionata quando si è assenti durante il giorno. C’è da dire che la casa mantiene bene l’isolamento termico quindi non si percepisce il “calore” al rientro a casa e con ottimi condizionatori (posizionati in varie parti della casa) si riesce a gestire la temperatura desiderata. Altra nota “negativa” (trovando il pelo nell’uovo) che mancando balconi grandi, essendo in un condominio di non recente costruzione, non è possibile stendere all’esterno alcun indumento pertanto si deve eseguire questa azione all’interno per asciugare abiti o asciugamani.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious excellent location to center of town

I was there for 20 days for my daughters wedding. Upon entering the apartment, it was extremely hot they she was not turned on the homeowner explained various things about the apartment and also showed us the breaker box in the basement. The first three days we were there we had to go down a flight upstairs to the basement 12 times to go flip the breaker switch if we had the air conditioners on we were not able to blow dry our hair or do laundry the apartment electricity shuts off when you leave therefore, you can never do laundry unless you’re home one night Whike my children were sleeping, I did laundry at 2 AM. No lights on the power went out again. There was major construction going on in the apartment above and there was about 7 days of drilling and banging until two to 2:30 PM.

Huge and remodeled apartment with a nice building and an elevator. It has ACs in every room and a washer. This was a gem among some less remodeled places in Sicily.
