Great location near/in old town. Very friendly and helpful host. Clean bed linen and comfortable bed.

Mold in the shower cabin. Small waterproof boiler, low water pressure, and hard to adjust water temperature.

Very nice position, quiet at night and close to the centre. The host is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is well decorated. Air conditioning works very well.

The shower room needs a proper cleaning. There is heavy mildew at the corners of shower room.

The place is very well located in the city - 2 minute walk towards the downtown. It was clean place, spacious enough (mattress was bit soft for me (my husband loved it)). The host was kind and waited for us to give us the keys and a little tour of the place as we arrived almost at midnight. We had a car and the host provided us a parking pass (we parked down the road, 1 min walk from the place). We stayed 4 nights, very happy with our choice. Thank you Francesco! :D

The apartment was clean, tidy, and comfortable enough for our short stay (kitchen is a little too small for preparing dinner). It's very well located too. Francesco was welcoming, very helpful with places to see and do around Tivoli, and with free parking nearby. We really appreciated the Smart TV available as well.

Waiting for the water to heat up for showers (and the hot water didn't last long until having to heat it up again), and to wash the dishes, but this was only a minor inconvenience.

We enjoyed our 6 night stay in La Tegola, it was quiet and location was like living in the real Italy, in the narrow roads of the old town. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the owner was very accommodating and helpful.

Finding our way to the parking space was difficult and we had trouble finding it. Parking space for the car was a bit hard to find although there was a space provided by the owner which was available free of charge.

The location was excellent. Very close to sights that we wanted to see while also being very close to food stores and restaurants.

The apartment itself needed a little bit of attention. There were some minor issues of that were easy to fix, but the most limiting component was a very small hot water heater that made showers a challenge.

The apartment is in a good location, next to restaurants, shops and touristic attractions. The apartment is clean, and the bed is comfortable. The host is very kind.

The kitchen is not well equipped. You will need to go to restaurants/cafes, even if you just want to have a breakfast.
