Sweet Cabin Leknes

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Vielen Dank für die nette Gastfreundschaft.

Wonderful view, spacious cabin, everything is there and in a good condition. Been here in winter. It is situated to the east of Leknes, which gives all the access to the famous beaches. Reine/Å is still easy to reach. All the lovely and much less crowded places between Leknes and Svolvaer are much closer from here.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft vor der Stadt Leknes. Sehr gut gelegen in der wunderschönen Landschaft der Lofoten. Für unsere Fotoreise war diese Unterkunft perfekt. Von hier aus erreicht man viele besondere Aussichtspunkte in angenehmer Entfernung.

Well equipped house, very friendly and helpful host. The house is located at a main road but nevertheless it is quiet. We slept very well and enjoyed the nice views out of every window. It is very near to the Viking museum ( very worth a visit) and the famous Haukland beach.

Sijainti oli hyvä, siisti ja hyvin varusteltu talo. Oli hyvin tilaa viidelle aikuiselle ja kahdelle lapselle.

Plenty of room for the family and super clean. Also the host was responsive to any questions asked.

The cabin was ideally located - only a few miles from town and groceries, just down the road from the Viking museum, and an easy day trip to a number of beautiful hikes. There was ample space for a party of 6 people - we were one couple and four singles and there was a room for each, which was perfect.

The stove was a little challenging at first but after a call with the owner we figured out how to cook breakfast :-)

Everything about our stay was perfect! The place has every little thing in the kitchen, bathroom and the living room to feel comfortable and as if we were at home. It is pretty rare that places for rent have really enough of dishes and kitchen supplies to be constantly cooking for 6 people, as well as such small things like enough of clothes and dishes washing tablets, toilet paper etc. We appreciate this a lot, because we were a group of people doing remote work during the day and it saved us from trouble of extra shopping and figuring out what products can be used. And also it was important for us to have good WiFi to be able to attend multiple calls at the same time, and the setup in this place was just perfect! Also the host was very welcoming and responsive, the self-check in process was easy and smooth. And when we had a little fire alarm incident, Patrycja was helpful and also very understanding - thank you for that! We first drove past the house because it looked too small in comparison to what was on the photos, but then discovered the -1 floor. Just a note to everyone else out there to not panic as we did - the place has enough space for everyone :)

Perfect location especially to see the Northern lights, its in the middle of Lofoten making it easy to explore the whole area.

Towels are worn out, needs additional instruction on how to use the kitchen and laundry.
