We recently stayed at here and had an amazing experience! The views from our room were insane - the glass wall really made the most of the stunning scenery. The room itself was super spacious and quiet, which was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We were really impressed with the value for money, especially considering the high-end amenities and services. Avoid at all costs – Horrible experience, borderline fraud! Our short stay at this property was nothing short of a nightmare. The most unprofessional part was the owner's attitude and behavior toward customers. From the start, they didn’t even follow basic check-in procedures and rushed us into the room without completing the process. Later, when we raised concerns about issues in the room, the owner had the audacity to blame us for not completing the check-in, even though it’s clearly the staff’s responsibility. When we pointed this out, the owner tried to deflect the issue entirely by accusing us of not knowing how to communicate properly, instead of addressing our concerns. When I asked him to fix the problems with the facilities (which were promised on Booking.com), he outright said he was too busy and that providing those amenities wasn’t possible. His response was rude, dismissive, and offensive—he completely avoided providing any real solution or even acknowledging the issues. To make matters worse, when I insisted that the facilities should be provided as advertised, he asked us to leave the property! I’ve used Booking.com for stays across India and abroad, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such a blatant scam. It felt like they rush customers in, knowing that once you’ve stayed, they can charge you regardless of the experience. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!

Upon arrival, they didn’t even bother to check us in properly, telling us we could do it later after settling in, likely because they were rushing. However, when issues arose with the room, the owner blamed us, asking, "Why didn’t you check in?" despite it being the staff’s responsibility. The owner then diverted the conversation, rudely telling us to "learn how to speak" rather than addressing the actual concerns. When I asked him to resolve the issues with the facilities, he shockingly admitted that he had too many other things to handle and couldn’t provide the amenities promised on Booking.com. He was rude, dismissive, and more focused on avoiding responsibility than offering any solutions. When I insisted that the amenities listed should be provided, he outright told us to vacate the property! I have used Booking.com for stays across India and internationally, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such unprofessionalism and what feels like a blatant scam. They rush customers into staying so they can later justify charging them, without delivering on the promised facilities.

Location is easy to find, they have parking space for 3 cars, clean rooms and toilet, amazing view with private balcony. Provide the basic needs like soap, toothpaste, electric kettles, water bottles and towels. Open shelf to store your belongings.

Plastic chairs, foldable table and shelf can be improved, shower did not work unfortunately. Watch out, you can hear people talking in the hallway and on the other room. No gated parking, no food provided.

The location is excellent with the view of tea gardens from the balcony and even from your bed. This property deserves full marks for its view and the way the rooms are designed. The rooms are as per the pictures in the listing. The fittings and amenities in the property were of top quality. The overall decor and comfort were quite soothing. The property is right on the main road so eateries and shops are walkable from here. The host is gentle and caring. He makes sure that you have a good stay. The service is excellent.

Bathroom should have the ventilation. I hope they will soon fit the ACs in the rooms.

The rooms are impeccably neat and clean, and the View from each room is truly remarkable, offering a serene ambiance that instills peace of mind. My stay was thoroughly pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Compared to other nearby hotels, the cost is reasonable. Highly recommended for Couples and Families seeking a tranquil retreat with a picturesque tea garden view.
