The host is friendly and responsive. The room is furnished with basic necessities. Great view from the balcony. Many good establishments are nearby.

From time to time, there is an alarm sounding off from the hallway, which can be heard even in the bedroom.

the building is nice, also a lot of convenience store nearby. Easy to book grab if you want to go to places. Also the room is secured and safe to leave your valuables.

the room is good, however it looks somehow old and the furnitures are old as well. Unable to use the cabinet to hang my clothes since a lot of items were stored there. The couch is not comfortable for long seating. The bathroom is clean, but too small and has a weird smell. I suggest put a shower curtain so water does not splash everywhere when taking a bath.
