"Spacious apartment with fantastic view and acces to the lake"

It was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. Fantastic view on the lake as well as great access with own dock where you could plunge into the lake. There was also a small swimming pool and free use of padels.

Access to get there wasn’t the best. Quite steep slope.

"Superb"

Beautiful apartment with great views and all amenities. It is conveniently located not too far from Ferry Station and Bellagio. The apartment is modern and clean and also has parking space for a car that is required if you are staying in this location and plan to cover most places around Lake Como.

Not too much of an issue, but the hosts did not.provide some basic things like Duvet covers inspite of reminding them. The response and follow-up could have been better. We managed with whatever linen was available eventually.

"Beautiful property, exactly like it looks in the pictures!"

Had a superb 3 night stay here - the apartment is exactly as it is pictured! Very clean and comfortable with a great terrace and unbeatable lake views. A nice quiet location but only a 20 min drive to Bellagio. One very good restaurant within 10 min walking distance, others in Lezzeno just a few min drive away. Wonderful Italy the management company are very professional, great communication providing very clear directions on approach to the property and instructions to access. Thanks for making this a great stay!

Excellent view on the lake, nice terrace, clean and comfortably equipped, good wifi, parking spot guaranteed. Very close to Bellagio and not too far from Como though requiring some driving on narrow, winding roads

Small technical issues, e.g. window in the bedroom difficult to operate, door handle a little loose. It was necessary to arrange some of the basic amenities like dishwasher capsules, washing agent or kitchen towels
