Castle beach hotel

I just liked everything, it was very comfortable stay for all around. I recommend this hotel for whome looking to feasible stay in Aqaba that meets all the necessary requirements.

The location across from the Aqaba Castle and near the water was very nice. The view to the water was lovely. The room was clean and provided good furniture for our luggage. The staff was very pleasant. Good wifi signal for our phones.

There was not enough bandwidth for streaming the tv. We did not get the room we paid for, even though we hurried from Wadi Rum in order to arrive at the 3pm check-in time. We were told the room was not available. Very disappointing! It was VERY difficult to locate the hotel. Signage for the hotel was not good, especially from the street access side. The sign from that side is only for that restaurant. There was no nearby parking. We requested clean glasses and coffee (several times) for our 2nd morning, but none were ever provided. We were only able to get one of three outlets to work in our room. The booking site said breakfast was available for 2JD, but that is incorrect. There is no option. The restaurant downstairs is only open in the evening, and street access from the hotel is unavailable otherwise.
