Swimming pool was nice, also a good swimming pool for children. The 2 slides in the big swimming pool were appreciated by our teenage kids

The ULTRA in the name all inclusive is very misleading. We had to pay extra for such basic services as wifi and safe box in the room which always is available.even in cheapest economy rooms. Wifi cost 5 USD per device for a week and wasn't stable. Safe box cost 10 USD per week. Fresh juice 2 USD, ice cream 5 USD, etc etc Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel. We stayed there in the beginning of May 2024. - during 1 week stay they had power outage pretty much every day, sometimes several times, which resulted in me being stuck in an elevator for almost 10 minutes where the alarm and ventilation buttons were not working. Another time I was with my husband and our 2 kids (2 year old and 5 months) and luckily we just got out of the elevator when the power went out again... - the playground for kids was not only broken but dangerous, as the metal playthings were not welded together. My son fell off the balance swing because it was broken and we didn't see that before he went on it. After we complained the hotel manager mentioned they will be upgrading the playground and on our last day they welded the swings - the beach is very small, with stones and there was a bunch of junk like old chairs etc all over the place - the food was mediocre, the sallad bar never changed for any the meals during one week. Thy tried to vary the warm dishes but we had a hard time finding something we like though we are not very picky eaters. The highlight of the meals.was the amazing bread that was baked in the oven there and the sweetest man who was baking it, he saved us from starving :) - if you are going on vacation with small children that go to bed early, be ready that some days they have very loud music until late at night, around midnight/ 1 am. Our kids slept through it, but if you are a light sleeper this can affect your sleep - the room we had had old squeaky furniture.

The location was nice and the water of the sea was clean.

The food was the worst. It was unbearable to eat and you could see that the leftovers were cooked again and mashed into new dishes, disgusting! The evenings were not relaxing at all. Every day of the week during dinner time the hotel would blast the music so loud it was impossible to have a conversation. The drinks were of the lowest quality. Nothing healthy except for water... The elevator is slow and can accommodate only 4 ppl at ones. It has no ventilation and always smelled heavily of sweat. The facility is old and shabby, nothing like in the picture. The water pressure in the shower was very weak and the water was never hot enough. This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

We had an absolutely fantastic time during our 8-day stay at Concordia Celes Hotel! One of the standout aspects of our stay was the flexibility and generosity of the hotel staff. They graciously allowed us to switch rooms without any additional charges, ensuring our comfort throughout our visit. The culinary experience at the hotel was nothing short of delightful. The food and drinks served were consistently amazing, offering a diverse range of delectable options to satisfy our palates. Each meal was a true culinary adventure. A huge shout-out goes to the animation team, led by the charismatic Niko, who ensured our entertainment was top-notch. Every day brought something new and exciting to the table, keeping us thoroughly engaged and entertained throughout our stay. Moreover, Remzi, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to enhance our experience. He not only played a pivotal role in organizing the evening shows but also served as our reliable point of contact whenever we needed assistance, whether it was for replenishing towels or seeking information about nearby activities. His dedication and commitment truly stood out. What made our stay even more memorable was the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Concordia Celes Hotel. Both the staff and fellow guests were exceptionally friendly, and we had the pleasure of making new friends from various countries, including Romania, Russia, Sweden, Germany, Kazakhstan, and more. In summary, our stay at Concordia Celes Hotel was an unforgettable experience filled with incredible food, engaging entertainment, and exceptional hospitality. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories with our newfound international friends. Kudos to the entire team for making our stay so special!

The hotel could provide free wifi in the rooms. Free wifi is only in the lobby. Though the cost is only €5 per week, it makes a huge difference with the kids. In addition, there were a few people who could speak English at the reception.

Rooms are extremely small. Lack of elevators make the trip to the room painful and time consuming. Room is qualified for 2 stars hotel. The food entertainment is limited to the meals. quality of service is poor. Reception people lack english language. Will never go back
