We called the hotel the day before our stay to ask if dogs were allowed and whether there was an extra charge. We were told that dogs were welcome and that there was no additional cost. Based on that information, we made our booking. The hotel itself is pleasant and conveniently located on the way to Tuscany, making it a suitable stopover for travellers. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by two issues. The breakfast was very disappointing. It mainly consisted of sweet cakes and croissants, with almost no savoury options. The cereal was even served without milk. Overall, the quality and selection did not meet our expectations. The biggest issue occurred during check-out. We were suddenly told that we had to pay an extra fee for our dog. When I explained that we had called in advance and had specifically been told there would be no charge, the staff member became irritated and responded rudely. At one point she said "basta" and dismissed the discussion. Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen. What matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and hospitality in this situation left a very negative impression. Because of this experience, we would not stay here again.

Très belle halte, hôtel bien situé, très beau décor aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur... Personnel accueillant, professionnel et souriant... Nous y retournerons certainement et on recommande à notre entourage

Le seul petit bémol est la chaleur, je pense qu'il manque une climatisation...il fait vraiment très chaud dans tout l'établissement
