Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą pani która się opiekowała apartamentem jest Polką, była bardzo pomocna.mieszkanie wyposażone super.Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.

Labai gera vieta, butas patogus, yra viskas, ko reikia. Gal tik būtų buvę puiku, jei būtų paliktos kelios kapsulės indaplovei ir skalbyklei🙂

Viename miegamajame buvo labai karšta, neveikė ventiliatorius, o kondicionierius esantis bendrame kambaryje šio miegamojo nevėsino.

Difficult to find. There should be clear instructions to find appointment as map can not identify it

The balcony was nice. In the apartment there was everything that you needed. It was clean. A/C Beds were comfortable. Furniture seemed new. Carmelo was very kind.

Communication was poor. Booked a few weeks in advance + msg’d the property on the day of arrival but no comms back. Got to the apartment and we didn’t know how to get in. Called the number on booking but no answer so sent a msg via booking. Got a call back after 5-10 mins and was told the code to open the box for the key. There was no key. Had to wait another 10 mins for someone to drop the key. Received an email later the same evening with the instructions we needed 2 hours earlier. Towels on the bed only for 3 people (we were 4). Too small for 4 adults: one double bed and one Ikea pull out bed. When the pull out bed is open there is no space in the room. The Ikea bed was not made properly, only had a single sheet over it. Balcony is cluttered. Paint of balcony ceiling is peeling off badly. Road that leads to the building is full of potholes which became a giant puddle as it rained when we were there. On day 2 they msg’d to ask to collect tourists tax (we had not been told about it in advance). We msg’d at 7.30 pm to say we were home if they wanted to collect the money. No reply until past 10pm saying they were too tired to come and asked to leave money on the table. They thought we were checking out the day after. At 8am Carmelo came unannounced to collect the money and clearly they thought we were checking out that day. The place has potential but needs tlc.

No breakfast involved. Location was great. Wifi good.

TV reception was poor, but it didn't matter as we had ipads.

Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. In January we were the only guests in the whole house, so absolutely no noice. Close to cafés and food stores, private parking outside the door.

It would have been nice if the host would have met us at arrival. At first no one was there, but then a very nice man showed up and handed over the key. When checking out, another man came to collect the keys.
