The welcoming staff, Arti, was great. Over all the beach access was awesome

Super strict and non attentive when you got to the restaurant and beach beds. They weren’t very accommodating and got a kick out of saying no to things. Also you could tell they were more attentive to people based off skin color

Location is brilliant. Truly Goan stay with great rooms & fabulous views. The food was simply outstanding- every meal was surprisingly great. The housekeeping staff were super effective & maintain the property well. The host Aarti & the restaurant manager Karan - were great - attentive & always ready to help.

Nothing really — just the privacy for the ground floor room was a challenge- people walking past can see into the garden rooms. - not sure how that can be corrected - but the location is stunning.

I don’t write reviews often but this one I had to. Truly one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. The front desk was lovely from the start, very warm and no hassle at all. The spa treatments were really great. I had a couple of treatments during my stay and both times I walked out completely melted. Really skilled therapists. My cabin was also beautiful, very private and nicely done. I spent most of my evenings just sitting outside doing nothing which for me says everything. Food was consistently good throughout, fresh and not trying too hard. And then there is Arti. I’m not sure what else to say except that she made my stay so much nicer. Always there, always kind, remembered everything. You don’t always get that!

The overall resort is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Rooms were spacious and sparkling clean. The beach front was easily accessible from the resort. The beach was very clean and gave an overall pleasant experience.

Breakfast could've been warmer.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Anlage ist sehr grün und gepflegt - eine kleine Oase. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Uns hat besonders die Nähe zum Meer und die Ruhe gefallen. Das Restaurant hat eine große Auswahl an indischen und kontinentalen Speisen.

Nous étions en fin de saison, prof de yoga indisponible, mais j’ai pu prendre des cours à l’hôtel juste à côté .

Замечательное место. С первых минут появилось ощущение, что ты попал в райское место. Тут очень красивая и уютная территория, вся в зелени и цветах, люди все доброжелательные от управляющей до садовников. Еда хорошая, океан прекрасен, чистый пляж. Номер отличный.

Я бы добавила бутылку с водой в ванную для чистки зубов, т.к. вода пахнет металлом или коррозией. Плохая слышимость между номерами, наши соседки приходили поздно ночью, шумели и долго не спали, поэтому беруши были нашим спасением.

From the moment we arrived the guest experience was incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was exceptional, and the location was gorgeous. Access to the beach was unmatched with comfy beach beds and free towels. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the serene atmosphere. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the shower was very nice.

We had a really lovely stay at your Palma. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. The property is beautifully maintained, and the overall vibe is calm, relaxed, and thoughtfully designed. We stayed in the sea view room and it was absolutely beautiful — waking up to that view was definitely a highlight of our trip. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with great attention to detail. A special thank you to Yash and Arthi for managing our stay so seamlessly — they truly made us feel taken care of throughout. We’d also like to thank Pritam, Jiten, and Chris, who went out of their way to help us at different points and made the experience even more memorable. Overall, it was a very refreshing and memorable stay, and we would definitely love to come back again.

One small suggestion — the breakfast buffet could be elevated to better match the quality and standard of the à la carte offerings.

Toilet clogged twice. Room very average.
