The staff is attentive, and caring. Aarti is super kind and welcoming. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the guests feel welcomed and leave with a great memory and experience. Would definitely revisit and recommend.

Looking for a small boutique paradise in Goa, don't look any further, you have found it! This place combines local roots and authenticity (nicely decorated rooms, menu full of delicious Goa & Indian dishes, the real Goa breakfast - but also great international cuisine), with super friendly staff (in the restaurant, the cleaning staff and gardener), highly involved management (with owner Arti there to take care of you), and top massage therapists, in a supreme setting in a quiet area of Ashwem beach. It feels like your new home away from home. It's almost like staying with family but with better food ;-) I've only seen happy customer faces... immediately rebooked for next year. No doubts!

The walls are a bit thin, so depending on whether there are noisy neighbors or not, this was sometimes a bit of a challenge. When we called reception to ask them to inform our neighbors to cut down the TV volume a bit, they didn't hesitate to help.

Не понравилось, что подушка пахла другими людьми и отсутствие хоть какой-то шумоизоляции в номере, но в таком расположении это допустимо. Цена считаю завышена.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. The property is set in a lush, well-maintained tropical garden, which creates a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Our room was clean, tastefully designed, and offered a lovely view. The large, modern bathroom was another great bliss. The absolute highlight however was the beach restaurant - absolutely outstanding and close to fine dining quality. We had dinner there on four evenings, and every single dish was a delight both in taste and presentation. The staff throughout the resort were extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The location right by the beach is perfect, especially for those looking for peace and relaxation. The spa was also excellent – the 90-minute massage was a dream, and the atmosphere was calm and very pleasant. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay.

The room could be a bit sensitive to noise for very light sleepers, as the walls are somewhat thin. Also, this is not a negative point about the hotel itself, but it might be helpful for travelers who are new to Goa or India: the hotel requests the deposit via Razorpay through an external payment link. This can be a little confusing if you are not familiar with this system, as payments are often handled differently in other countries. We actually received a payment request from another hotel via WhatsApp during our trip, which later turned out to be a scam. Because of that experience, the Razorpay request initially made us a bit cautious. However, the hotel’s payment request was legitimate and everything worked out fine.
