Clean and relatively new apartment. Short walk to Seomun Market. The owner is very kind and helped with organizing delivery on one cold evening. Coin laundry is a big plus

The pillows were too soft.

The apartment is very close to the subway station, shopping center and restaurants. Despite being next to the street it was very quiet during day and night. The room was clean, comfortable and it had many useful things, like hair ironing, bandages, ear cleaners which all came in handy. We could also cook with the kitchenwares quite well. The staff was very nice and helpful, they gave extra garbage bags when we ran out of them. We accidentally left a few clothes in the apartment and they notified us immediately and stored them for us so we could go back for them. I would recommend this place for everyone who wants to stay in a modern flat close to Banwoldang and the subway.

The studio is taken exceptional care of. A real home away from home. Very clean and very well organized. Windows are super soundproof. They are double windows; even if you open the window a little bit, you still barely hear this overall busy street. The location is just in the middle of everything. Major train and bus stations are 15 min by subway. Another bus terminal is less than half an hour away. The nice city park is one block away. Major attractions within walking distance, too. There is a washing machine within the unit; dryers are in the building, but you need to pay for them. There are also free lockers on the same floor as dryers. The owner is very responsive to messages.

Very difficult to find. The owner sent me pictures with directions from the subway, but it seems the area has changed since the pictures were taken. For those who are going to rent this apartment, which I definitely recommend, I would suggest asking for what is around, not only the address. It is listed as a one-bedroom apartment, but it is actually a small studio, though nice and cute.

It is central and close to coffee shops, shopping and the station

Brand new apartment, very clean. Nice bathroom, washing machine and equipped kitchen, steam closet for refreshing clothes.

It would be nice to have a sofa or armchairs instead of chairs, too few clothing hangers in the wardrobe.

Really nice well appointed little apartment. Very clean. Cooking and washing facilities available. Helpful staff. A quiet haven in Downtown Daegu.

It looked like a brand new apartment, all appliances were impeccable and has everything you need.

I believe it was a Booking.com issue but I was overcharged while booking this apartment. It showed one price until the last step and then it charged me more. I complain to Booking.com but they didn’t do anything about it, as usual. Be careful when you book, it’s ridiculous but take screenshots to have prove in case it happens.
