Very simple basic small room with your own shower and toilet and small fridge. Can't complain for the price you pay. They let me checkin early since my flight was super early so that was awesome. Washing and drying laundry is for free, ramen & rice is for free. There's a convenience store (GS25) right around the corner and the metro is like a 6 min walk away. Lots of restaurants, bakeries, fast food, Daiso and Olive Young in the surrounding neighborhood.

No window, very small, showering while holding the shower head in front of the bathroom sink (quite normal in SK), you hear the main door lock all the time and people walking past your door and through the hallway. But for the price and the extra's you get it's fine.

The most useless place to stay.I sincerely request to people not to use this place.Never book via Booking.com They all are fraud,cheaters to be arrested by Police.This house has been wrongly converted into a lodge with no reception, no facilities except mosquitoes. I got sick, had to go to Hospital/Chemists spending 500,000 Won and shifted to a Hotel and paid 1 Million Won to the Hotel but Angel Ire has not refunded my money.Owner is a criminal and send me an email that we are very dangerous people. Please cancel your booking and look for a better and safe place to stay

- very good value for a solo traveler - good location, very close to the city center, metro station and loads of restaurants, cafes and shops around - very cheap for a private room. Air conditioning works perfectly. Private bathroom is very clean. There is a small desk in the room. Wifi is available but sometimes not very steady. However when it works, it works perfectly - there is an elevator in the building - very clean and quiet - water dispensers available both cold and hot water - check in is very easy with the door lock codes provided - there is a proper kitchen, well equipped with free ramen and rice (rice cookers available) - free laundry machines. Dryer usage for a very small fee

Noodles gratis. Lavandería muy barata. Relación calidad precio 10/10.

I do recommend this place if you ate in busan. Modern, quite spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice location next to a convenience store and bus stop.
