Casa Rosa

Mieszkanie jest bardzo ładne, czyste, wszystko nowe. Niedaleko sklepy i plaza. Między 2 stacjami z których szybko można zobaczyć Neapol, Pompeje, Sorrento, Amalfi i popłynąć na Capri.

Dosyć głośno, słychać wszystko co dzieje się na klat ce schodowej, trzaskanie drzwiami wejściowymi do bloku, ponieważ mieszkanie znajduje się na parterze. Brak widoku z mieszkania, w sypialni okna wysoko pod sufitem, w kuchni szyby matowe, w małej sypialni widok na szkole jazdy i parking.

✔️There were insects in the bathroom and water leakage. Cleaning service cost an extra €15, even though we stayed for about 8 nights. ✔️The apartment is on the ground floor. The entire unit was separated by a thin fake wall, so noise and conversations from outside could be clearly heard every night. ✔️The city tax was not updated correctly. It was listed as €1 per person per night on the booking site, but we were charged €1.5. ✔️Towels were not changed unless requested. ✔️No washing machine in the apartment.

ottima posizione: 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria della circumvesuviana e a due passi dal lungomare e dalla spiaggia, circa 20 minuti di passeggiata per l'imbarco dei traghetti per Capri/Sorrento. Zona centrale ben fornita di sevizi, alimentari, supermercati, ottimo formo nei pressi, tante pizzerie e ristoranti vicini. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento non è molto grande ma dotato di tutti i comfort, ideale come base per poter girare e visitare la costiera sorrentina, l'isola di Capri, Pompei e i dintorni.

Struttura accogliente e funzionale, situata in una posizione centrale, con tutti i servizi . Il proprietario Salvatore gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Consigliatissimo ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

It was clean, comfortable and homely. It was well-equipped and there was a bottle of water in the fridge and snacks waiting for us. We arrived early and were allowed to check in early. Salvatore was the perfect host.
