INGBGreat facilities and a very good size. It was spotlessly clean and Francesca was so helpful, kind and hospitable. The location is perfect for walking around and it is right by the train and bus station so you don't need to bring your car into Palermo. The bed was one of the most comfortable ever and we took down the details of it!
CAOur stay at the Palermo Liberty Blue House was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Francesca with warm hospitality and felt right at home. The 2-level flat was even more beautiful and well appointed, clean, and comfortable then on the pictures! Every little detail was thought of, like additional outlets to recharge our American gadgets, washing machine with the adequate detergent and the drying rack, modern appliances in the kitchenette etc. We’ve asked for the iron, and the next morning it was available to us with the band new iron board . But what truly made our stay exceptional was the kindness and helpfulness of our hostess Francesca. We’ve had an unfortunate incident at one of the restaurants: they’ve charged our credit card twice. Francesca took upon herself to make sure this issue is resolved; she spoke to the owners, and we’ve been reimbursed immediately. She went above and beyond to ensure we had unforgettable experience in Palermo.
CHGBThe accommodation was superb, very clean and comfortable within a 5 minute walk of the train station. Our host Francesca was exceptional, full of lots of great information about Palermo and invaluable too in helping us plan our journey around Sicily including car hire information. We loved it there so much we stayed there again at the end of our trip.

SKOur stay was excellent :) Francesca is a wonderful and very helpful host, she recommended us restaurants and a lot of bars in the area and she was able to arrange reservations and also transfer from the airport for a great price. The apartment is new, beautiful and comfortable. The apartment breathes newness and cleanliness. In the apartment you will find everything you need, as well as bottled water and small snacks. Very good location in the city center, you can get everywhere on foot, 4 minutes from the apartment there is a local market and 5 minutes from the train and bus station and also many shopping opportunities. I recommend that and if we have to stay again, we will choose Liberty Blue House again! :)
